Ritus Corporation adds two new manufacturing presses to its fleet.  The presses align strategically with the continued growth of Ritus, allowing the company to utilize cutting edge molding technology to better serve its client base.

Equipment Purchase Supports Client Needs

Ritus Corporation, which offers specialized engineered solutions for production of complex rubber molded products, high-quality seals and reliable molded plastics, announced a capital investment of two new manufacturing presses.  The presses align strategically with the continued growth of Ritus, allowing the company to utilize cutting edge molding technology to better serve its client base. Since its inception in 1963, Ritus Corporation has grown steadily.  Ritus saw a need to invest in equipment that can produce larger parts with minimal waste, thereby lowering production cost.  Its newest presses will be used to manufacture parts like large air ducts, wiring grommets, specialty seals and other complex parts.

“Over the last ten years Ritus has continually looked for ways to expand our platform and add value for our customers.  This equipment aligns with both the growth occurring in the industry and the vision of our service capabilities,” stated Tom Gebhardt, President of Ritus Corporation.  “The new presses enhance our ability to deliver very, complex parts with exceptional quality.  Parts not easily molded in average presses.”

Among the Ritus’ facilities, its buildings house over 200 pieces of equipment used for rubber and plastic molding which range in press size from 10 to 550 tons.
